Ingredients: Sunflower oil, Trinidad Scorpion, Ghost Pepper, Habanero, Malagueta Pepper, Lemon, Salt

The pepper flavour and heat really shine through in this oil. Using 4 different types of peppers, all grown on their farm in The Algarve. Scorpion, Ghost, Habanero and the traditional Malagueta / Piri Piri.

Freshness from the lemon zest, touch of salt. Simple and delicious
