The 2nd hottest of the Crazy Bastard collection (1st being “BLACK” with Carolina Reaper) Trinidad Scorpion is the culprit for the heat in this baby, the second hottest pepper in the world. Backed up with juicy Clementine’s for a natural sweetness, this sauce is packed with fresh flavours and a great heat.

Great with grilled fish or Gambas. |Wok, chicken pita, Tosti or added into sour cream / mayo / yogurt.
