2020 – Garlic Italian (Heat Level 8)
Ingredients; Rapeseed Oil, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Red Chilli, Naga Chilli (3%), Garlic Purée, Salt, Spices, Herbs
Our 1st sauce – Inspired by the craziness of 2020, we teamed up with a small UK Chili producer to bring you our very own hot sauce!
Top quality ingredients, silky smooth olive oil, fresh Naga / Ghost peppers, LOTS of garlic and real Italian herbs. Deliciously addictive, packed with flavour and that creeping Ghost heat – we just LOVE it
Perfect for spaghetti, pizza, burger / veggie burger. Mix into mayo for a spicy dip sauce. We actually just add it pure onto our wraps, salads, tosti’s and sandwiches
2022 – Chocolate Smoked (Heat Level 10)
Ingredients; Roasted Bell Peppers, Red Wine Vinegar, Carolina Reaper, Smoked Chipotle, Red Onion, Roasted Garlic, Lime, Raw Cacao, Ginger, Olive Oil, Salt, Provençal Herbs
Our 2nd sauce – a collaboration with Happy Hatter Hot Sauce
Fresh Carolina Reapers, smoked Morita Chipotle, oven roasted garlic & bell peppers, raw cacao for that velvety chocolate texture – finished off with fresh lime & Provençale herbs. A real taste journey!
We love this with Chili con carne, any Mexican dish, Ribs, Wings, Pizza

Ingredients; Mango, Lime, Orange Bell Peppers, Ghost Peppers, Madame Jeanette Peppers, Cider Vinegar (allergen sulphite) Shallots, Orange juice, Orange rind, Lemongrass, Herbs, Spices, Salt
