A decadent Spicy Jam – with green Jalapeños, a squeeze of Lime and a generous dash of Mezcal

This is a brand new release from the wonderful Chardy’s Hot Sauce. Their original version of this incredible Hot Jam had Tequila in it – but they found the smoky stronger flavours of the Mexican spirit Mezcal complimented the Jalapeño’s better, so they switched it up..

Ingredients;

Jalapeño, fresh Lime, Mezcal, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Pectin, Salt, Lime Zest

Packed with big Jalapeño flavours, a fresh citrus bite to balance the sweetness and a shot of Mezcal to round off the flavours. Sweet, Zesty, Fresh and Smoky – a real flavour explosion!

Great with all kinds of cheeses, meats and crunchy breads. Try it with Mexican taco’s or mix into some mayo or cream cheese for a game changing spicy dip. Works well on desserts and ice-cream. Also can be used as a glaze for chicken, vegetables, meats / bbq foods.
