Created by mad scientist Ed Currie – who also created the previous world record holder – the Carolina Reaper

Ingredients;

Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Water, Pepper X Pepper Mash, Onions, Apple Cider Vinegar, Jalapeño Pepper Purée, Garlic, Coriander, Pure Cane Sugar, Pepper X Powder, Lime Juice Concentrate, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Salt

This fiery SUPERHOT sauce combines together the unrelenting heat of  The Pepper X, with tomatoes, garlic, cumin and lime juice. The balance between heat and depth of flavour is fantastic, thanks to juicy roasted tomatoes and smoked paprika.

It is a damn tasty sauce but wow, the heat explodes…. The heat comes from powdered Pepper X and a fermented mash from Pepper X – NO CAPSAICIN EXTRACT – ALL NATURAL!!

This sauce isn’t for the faint hearted.. Just a few drops will light up your tacos, burritos, ramen, soups, wings, pasta’s and parties!!
