Peppers – Birds Eye, Madame Jeanette, Lombok – Tomato, Coconut Milk, Onion, Coconut Vinegar, Water, Peanut, Garlic, Coriander, Coconut Sugar, Ginger, Herbs and Spices (Mustard), Salt

From our time travelling around the globe – we really loved finding a good spicy, flavourful curry.

It’s always a struggle to find all the fresh ingredients to make your own each time – so we created a delicious curry paste with all our favourite ingredients combined together.

Madame Jeanette, Birds eye and Lombok Peppers – each adding their own flavours and heat.  Coconut elements coming from coconut milk, vinegar and sugar.  Nicely balanced with fresh tomatoes, garlic, ginger, herbs and a pinch of Madras Curry powder for a nice long lingering heat.

Add a spoon or 2 into any curry, noodles, soups or rice dishes.

Works well as a marinade, BBQ, in mayo as a dip sauce
