Reaper Habanero Sauce – Heat Level 10
Featuring the world’s hottest pepper – the Carolina Reaper, complimented by Mexican Habanero peppers – this garlic and smoked paprika sauce makes the the perfect hot and spicy spaghetti. Add a dash in while cooking or add after if you like it hotter than others.
Dried Habanero Peppers – Heat Level 8
Use these as the base of your sauce. Chop 1/4 – 1/2 a dried pepper finely and add into your tomato sauce. Heat builds while cooking. Using the seeds will add more heat. These are hot peppers, don’t underestimate their small size.
Maverick Hot Sauce – Heat Level 8
This tomato, garlic and caramelised shallot sauce is the perfect combination of ingredients for spaghetti. With only the Habanero for heat, this has less heat than the Reaper Habanero sauce.
Smoked Chili Oil / “Incinerator”- Heat Level 6
Oak smoked and silky smooth, this oil is great to finish of your Spaghetti.
Garlic Chili Salt – Heat Level 3
This is a multi use product using milder Cayenne peppers. Great for frying onions and garlic at the beginning and a small grind on the top before serving.
