Criolla Sella Chilli (42%), Cider Vinegar, Oranges, Sugar, Salt, Ginger

Criolla Sella, a rare chilli pepper from Bolivia. Also known as Aji Criolla Sella. They are small in size but huge in flavour. Fruity with a distinct hint of citrus. 

This LIMITED EDITION hot sauce is packed with juicy oranges and a fiery ginger after taste. Does contain seeds in the sauce – some love it, some don’t!

We love this with Duck, in the Wok, with Chicken, Rice or Noodles.
